Terms of Use

Linux (free) - The CoveLink Go daemon and its source code are made available under the MIT license. You may use, modify, and redistribute it subject to the MIT license terms. No purchase required.

Windows and macOS (paid) - The native Wails app shell for Windows and macOS requires a one-time license purchase per device ($39 USD at time of writing). You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use CoveLink on one device. The underlying Go daemon source code remains MIT-licensed; only the Wails shell is proprietary.

Android companion app (free) - The Android app is free to download from Google Play. It requires a paired CoveLink desktop to function.

You may use CoveLink for personal or commercial purposes on a licensed device. You may install the paid version on up to one device per license key. Additional device licenses can be purchased separately.

• Redistributing, sublicensing, or reselling the paid Windows or macOS app shell.
• Circumventing, disabling, or bypassing the license key validation in the paid app.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the proprietary Wails app shell.
• Using CoveLink in a way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Using CoveLink to intercept communications of others without their consent. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws regarding notification and SMS access.

Purchases are processed by Paddle. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will generally be honoured, subject to Paddle's refund policy. To request a refund, contact us through the bazzaztech contact page with your order ID.

CoveLink is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that CoveLink will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your hardware or software environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bazzaztech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use CoveLink, even if bazzaztech has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your CoveLink license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may release updates to CoveLink at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue CoveLink or change its pricing at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. Paid license keys will continue to activate the version of the software current at the time of purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
